Q1: What is your return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Q2: What are the conditions for a return?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Q3: How do I start a return?

You can contact us at support@innovione.com to initiate a return. If your return request is accepted, we will contact you via email with an update and next steps. The item will be collected from the same address to which the order was originally shipped.

Q4: What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Q5: Are there items that cannot be returned?

Yes, some items are non-returnable, including perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, personal care items (such as beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Q6: Can I exchange an item?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Q7: When will I receive my refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Q8: What if I haven’t received my refund after 15 business days?

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@innovione.com.
